Nontombi Naomi Tutu to keynote ISU Human Rights Celebration
Idaho State University Student Unions will host Nontombi Naomi Tutu for the 2009 Human Rights Celebration keynote presentation at 7 p.m. Jan. 22 in the Pond Student Union Wood River Room. ISU-Boise professor studies Idaho’s declining aspen groves
An Idaho State University-Boise geosciences researcher has secured funding to study the decline of quaking aspen trees in southeast Idaho. Assistant research professor, Temuulen Sankey, Ph.D., has received a $9,000 grant from the U.S. Forest Service and Southeast Idaho Aspen Working Group to study aspen groves in a portion of the massive Caribou-Targhee National Forest near (read more...)
